An open-source platform has two audiences at once: developer contributors and the farmworker communities it serves. The site had to feel accessible and human to both.
Starting from context research and a full style guide, I led with community impact over technical detail, using clear information architecture and plain-language copy to make the product approachable and trustworthy.
